About Heather

I'm driven by a passion for helping individuals on their unique healing journeys. My commitment to this work is fueled by a desire to support those facing challenges like grief, loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance dependence, and sexual abuse.

 

With a master’s degree in counselling from the University of Calgary and a bachelor’s degree in Honors Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan, I bring both knowledge and empathy to my practice.

 

My client-centred, attachment-based approach ensures that each therapeutic relationship is tailored to meet the individual needs of my clients, fostering their growth and resilience.
